This is an opportunity to come and experience the richness of African-American history and heritage at Pamplin Historical Park & The National Museum of the Civil War Soldier.  Educational and entertaining offerings will include tours, living history performances, music, storytelling, demonstrations and more.  Living historians will be portraying USCT soldiers, Charmaine Crowell-White will portray Harriet Tubman, Wisteria Perry will be doing cooking demonstrations and sharing African-American storytelling traditions.  Joseph McGill of The Slave Dwelling Project will share his experiences from visiting slave dwellings across the nation.
