June Hill, a long-time educator in Prince George County, will return to the Center to share her extensive research into the stories of the remarkable African- Americans whose lives and works are commemorated on the coinage of the United States.  The public is invited to enjoy this special program to learn about the lives that the minting of these coins has memorialized. The Center will also have on display two of Mrs. Hill’s hand-made quilts that are part of the black history and heritage of this region.
